Hi, I’m Jennifer—a native Floridian, outdoor enthusiast, and the HR partner you didn’t know your business needed.

After years of watching friends and small business owners struggle with people problems and the paperwork that comes with them, I turned my passion for helping others into a profession. I’m a natural “fixer,” combining over 25 years of employee benefits expertise with 15 years in HR and leadership consulting to deliver clear, practical solutions without the overhead of a full-time HR manager.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration, a Florida 2-15 insurance license, and both PHR and SPHR certifications. I'm also a certified EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Coach—because effective HR is about more than policies; it’s about people.
